My budget is roughly €1,800. My main goal is playing CS2 at competitive settings, along with some other games at 1080p. That's why I chose a lower-tier graphics card for now—I'm thinking about upgrading it in a year or two. I'd like the other components to leave room for future upgrades.
Do the parts look well balanced, or would you recommend changing anything? I'm also unsure whether the CPU cooler will clear the RAM, since the space looks very tight in the 3D builder.

The build should work, but I’d look at a less expensive B650 motherboard from a reliable brand and put the savings toward a stronger graphics card. A Radeon RX 9070 XT or similar card would offer dramatically better gaming performance and could make the system more suitable for higher settings and future games. That said, if the upgrade would push you too far beyond budget, keeping the cheaper GPU for now is perfectly reasonable.
The higher-end graphics card would provide more than double the performance of the entry-level option, so it’s worth considering if you can stretch the budget or save elsewhere. For the cooler, check its published RAM-clearance specification against the exact height of your memory modules. Many tower coolers can be shifted slightly upward to clear taller RAM, but that may increase the cooler’s total height and affect case compatibility. A low-profile RAM kit or a cooler with offset fans would be the safest choice if the fit is especially tight.
I appreciate the GPU advice. If I keep the current graphics card, I’ll double-check the cooler’s RAM clearance and case height before ordering.
Thanks for the suggestion. In my area, the cheapest RX 9070 XT I found is around €630, while an RTX 5060 is about €340, so the price difference would put me over budget even with a cheaper motherboard. Aside from the GPU, does the rest of the build look good? I’m especially concerned about whether the CPU cooler will fit over the RAM.
