First Time PC Build: Need Advice on Components!

I'm working on my first ever PC build and could use some guidance! I've picked out a Ryzen 5 7600x, a B650 motherboard, and a 7700XT, which are the main components. I'm a bit worried about potential bottlenecks and whether it's worth investing a bit more in any particular part. I'm already slightly over my budget, but I'd appreciate sensible suggestions for alternatives around the same price range. Also, I'm unsure about the cooler I'm planning to use—will it block any DIMM slots? Thanks a ton for any help! :3

For RAM, you might wanna consider the Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith Gaming 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL30. It's cheaper but offers similar specs! Just a thought, I'm sure others can provide more insights.
