I'm really struggling with my WiFi connection and I need some help. I live in Switzerland, and I have fiber optics installed with Swisscom as my ISP on their top package. I've been using their latest router, plus I even bought an Asus ROG GT6 router to see if that would help. My WiFi is unstable; it drops completely for 1 to 20 seconds frequently. While the speed is great at 1500 Mbps for most users, it's a nightmare for gaming because I keep getting disconnected. I can't use Ethernet as my PC is on the opposite side of the house and I'm not allowed to run cables. Plus, the issue happens even when I'm right in front of the router. This WiFi situation shouldn't be this bad!

First off, make sure your router is fully updated. Check if your router firmware and your device's WiFi drivers are the latest versions. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause these types of issues. It sounds like you've tried a lot already, but it’s worth confirming again since it happens on multiple devices.
If your connection drops on all devices, it's probably not just your PC that's the issue. Have you considered calling your ISP? If the problem is due to distance, a powerline adapter could help you get a stable connection over your electrical wiring. Just remember it won’t hit those 1500 Mbps, but something between 200 to 500 could still be decent. Alternatively, a good mesh system might be beneficial too.
You should consider using a WiFi analyzer app to see if there are congested channels around you. Sometimes, too many devices (like your neighbors' networks) can clog up the airwaves. If so, adjust your router settings to change channels and improve your performance.
