I'm having a rough time with Windows 11. I used AMD Cleanup, and after booting into safe mode, I got a message saying, "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." When I try to click on 'set up my PIN,' a white box pops up but disappears instantly, so I can't set it up. I don't know if this is relevant, but I'm not seeing Wi-Fi options unless I connect via Ethernet and manually select the Wi-Fi name. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I found a thread on Linus Tech Tips that might help you. It discusses different solutions for that PIN issue. If one method isn't working, try the second one. But I get your confusion about 'imhosts'—just make sure to look for that specific setting in your services and adjust the start number only if it’s not already set to what it should be.
It sounds frustrating! First, always ensure you have a backup of your data before making any major changes. If you're still stuck, you could try accessing your BIOS settings. Sometimes changes there can resolve login issues, but be careful—you don't want to mess up your system. If you haven’t already, check the Windows 11 FAQ thread for troubleshooting tips.
Thanks for the link! I’ll check that out. Just to clarify, when you mention the start number, I should only change it if it's not already on the right value, right?
