I'm trying to set up a Mail Migration project with BitTitan's MigrationWiz, but I keep hitting a wall. Every time I try to create the project, I get a super generic error message saying, "An error has occurred: The backend responded with an error." I've followed all the steps in their documentation, like setting up Migration Accounts, registering apps for MigrationWiz in both tenants, and adjusting API permissions, but nothing seems to work. It's really frustrating, especially since the documentation isn't helpful, and I haven't been able to get a timely response from support. I've also checked the source account username, changed it, and even created a new account, but I'm still stuck. Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!

I've done three migrations in the last few months, and though I'm no expert, make sure you've excluded the global admin account from MFA. It can cause connection issues if not.
I get where you're coming from! I've migrated over 1000 users with MigrationWiz, and honestly, it's been pretty painful. The support and documentation are lacking, and the whole product just feels outdated. Good luck, though! It sounds like you need it.
I had trouble with passwords too! It seems they have a secret list of characters that their system doesn't like. Try changing your password to something simple with just one special character like '!', it worked for me when I kept getting errors.
Honestly, I find MigrationWiz pretty unreliable. We switched to CodeTwo, and it's been much more dependable. Might be worth considering if your company allows it.
