Has anyone had a good experience with a large order from Router-switch.com?

I'm looking for some real-life feedback here. I manage a small distribution business and have previously made a few smaller purchases from Router-switch for Cisco gear, mainly switches and access points for SMB clients. Those orders went smoothly with everything arriving sealed and in good condition.

Now I'm about to place a much more significant order of around $190k, and I'm a bit nervous since the timeline is pretty tight. My previous supplier messed up a quote that wasn't even compliant, leaving me in a bind for weeks. I've seen good prices at Router-switch for the smaller orders, but I've never done anything this substantial or urgent with them.

If anyone has experience with larger orders from Router-switch, could you share any insights or things I should watch out for? I'm particularly interested in lead time and general reliability. Thanks!

It's important to check if you're purchasing through authorized channels. If you're not a Cisco reseller, using Router-switch might put you at risk of dealing with gray market products, which could void warranties or lead to other issues. I usually go through authorized distributors for bigger orders to ensure everything is legit. Just something to think about!

I've heard that too. It's better to be in good standing with Cisco to avoid headaches later on.

I had a decent experience with Router-switch while ordering around $45k in gear. Everything arrived in new condition, and my rep communicated well throughout the process, which made it less stressful. Just make sure to clarify what you need right at the start!

Good to hear your experience was smooth! Communication really makes a difference in these cases.

I'd be cautious about potential warranty issues if you're buying in bulk. I recommend going through authorized distributors for Cisco products. Suppliers like Ingram or Synnex can help you avoid headaches with warranty claims later on.

I handled a significant order with Router-switch last year for a client in Peru totaling around $50k. They were really proactive, provided alternatives when a specific model was out of stock, and even did a video call in Spanish to build trust. The whole process went better than expected, so if you stay communicative with them, things should be fine!

I've bought smaller equipment from Router-switch before—routers, switches, etc.—and everything was genuine Cisco gear. Just make sure to confirm that what you're buying is properly sourced, especially for a large order.
