I'm looking to prove that my device issue is due to a hidden defect rather than misuse. Has anyone successfully requested a station report printout from Apple? I'm specifically interested in those official diagnostic documents instead of the standard summary they usually provide to consumers. Any help would be appreciated!

But isn't there a way to request the full report under GPDR? It seems like that might give you some leverage if they have the data.
From what I know, Apple typically doesn’t provide diagnostic reports directly to customers. However, you can run your own diagnostics. I found that having the work authorization is really helpful, as it shows you’ve had the device inspected and tested by a technician at Apple.
