I took the AZ-400 certification exam on Monday at a PearsonVue test center, and I passed with a score of 954. However, it's been over 48 hours, and I still haven't received an email from Microsoft, nor is the certificate visible on my MS Learn profile. The status on PearsonVue still says "Score pending". When I reached out to their support team, they mentioned that my case is currently being reviewed by the Program Coordinator. Should I escalate this to Microsoft and how do I go about creating a ticket? Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Just take it easy! It’s only been a day or two. If you passed, it’ll show up in your account soon enough. Try to relax!
Have you logged into your Microsoft account? It might be available there sooner than you think!
Yeah, I checked the credentials section in My profile, but nothing’s showing up yet. So frustrating!
Do you think they're holding your result for a review just because of your high score? Sounds like that's a possibility!
I thought of that too! But honestly, it’s a tough exam, so I wouldn’t worry just yet.
That’s what everyone keeps saying, but I’ve heard people get their certificates within two days, which makes me nervous. I’ll try to hang tight!
