I recently updated my GPU drivers, and now my game is stuttering badly when I move around. My GPU utilization is around 60%, which used to be at 90%. Additionally, I noticed my fans weren't even running, so I used the AMD cleanup utility to get my GPU fan working again. However, when I tried to launch a game afterward, I got a pop-up stating that a D3D11 compatible GPU ID is required. I've played this game before without issues, so I'm unsure what to do after this driver update with Gigabyte.

It sounds like your GPU isn't being recognized properly anymore, especially if it's not showing up in Device Manager. Make sure your AMD Radeon RX Steel Legend 7600 is properly connected. Try reinstalling the drivers completely: uninstall the current drivers again, then download the latest version from the AMD website and install it fresh. That might fix the stuttering and recognition issue.
Check to see if your GPU is appearing in Device Manager. If it’s not there, it could indicate a hardware issue or that the drivers didn’t install correctly. If the fresh install doesn’t work, consider rolling back to an earlier driver version that worked for you or using a different cleanup tool to remove remnants of the previous drivers.
