Having major issues with games after upgrading to Windows 11

I recently upgraded my PC from Windows 10 to Windows 11 since support for 10 is ending soon. Since the upgrade, I've been having serious problems with games like Phasmophobia and GTA V—both of them keep crashing and I'm experiencing frequent blue screens. It's really frustrating because every game I try ends up crashing about 30 minutes in. I've ensured all my drivers and the OS are updated, but nothing seems to help. If anyone has advice on how to solve this problem, I would greatly appreciate it! Here are my specs: 3060 Ti, Ryzen 5 2600, and 16GB DDR4 RAM. Happy to provide more info if needed!

Are you running Windows 11 version 24H2? It's also helpful to check what make and model your system drive is. Knowing these details can help others provide more targeted troubleshooting steps.

You should start collecting dump files from your blue screens. These files are crucial for diagnosing BSOD issues. You can find them in C:WindowsMinidump. If you're able to access Windows (even in Safe Mode), zip any dump files you find and upload them to a file-sharing site. This will help the community analyze the crash logs better.

Make sure you check for driver updates specifically for Windows 11. Compatibility issues can cause games to crash, so it's important to have the latest drivers installed. Also, double-check your graphics card's drivers on NVIDIA's site to ensure you're on the most current version.
