I just built a new PC with an AMD 9800 x3d processor, MSI Ventus RTX 5070 Ti GPU, Asus TUF Gaming B850M Plus WiFi motherboard, and a Be Quiet! Pure Power 13 M 850W PSU. After putting everything together, I can't seem to get any output from the GPU using HDMI. I did manage to access the BIOS with the motherboard output while the GPU was connected, and I disconnected it to install Windows. Once Windows 11 was installed, I reconnected the GPU, but still no HDMI output. I noticed that the GPU doesn't show up in the BIOS, and even when I try connecting the HDMI cable to the GPU directly, the screen glitches and eventually goes black with random pink pixels appearing. Everything works fine without the GPU installed, and there aren't any error lights on the motherboard. Currently, I'm using the 12VHPWR cable from the PSU, and I even experimented with different power connections, but the issue remains. I'm looking for suggestions on what could be wrong or if I missed something!

This kind of issue can be normal with a new build. First things first, make sure to install the latest NVIDIA Game Ready drivers. Also, try shutting down the PC completely and booting up with HDMI connected to the GPU. Don't forget to check if your BIOS is up to date; using a USB stick is usually the easiest way to do it. If you still have no luck after this, consider swapping out the GPU—it's less likely to have an issue with the PCI-E port on your motherboard, but it can happen.
I had a similar problem installing the NVIDIA drivers; it threw an error saying it requires an NVIDIA GPU to install. I couldn’t sign in to Windows with the GPU connected, and the monitor stayed blank.
