I'm encountering an issue where I can't sign into my Windows 11 laptop. Although my internet is working fine, Microsoft keeps telling me that I don't have an internet connection. Has anyone experienced this or know how to fix it?

I had a similar issue not long ago. It might not be an account issue, but rather a glitch in the login process. Keep trying to log in, and if nothing works, try resetting your PC again. I know it’s frustrating, but it sometimes clears up these annoying little bugs.
It sounds like you've checked your internet connection already. Sometimes, Windows can be a bit finicky. Try disconnecting from your Wi-Fi and reconnecting, or even restarting your router. If that doesn't help, you might want to consider booting into Safe Mode and see if you can log in from there. Also, make sure your Wi-Fi driver is up to date.
