Hey everyone! I've been dealing with a frustrating problem for about five years now where I can't text my grandmother. I can call her just fine, but texts just won't go through. We've both upgraded our phones during this time—I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro and she has a Samsung Galaxy S24. I'm not super tech-savvy, and she definitely isn't either. Any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Could you describe what's happening when you try to send her a text? Is there an error message?
It sounds like your issue might be with the carrier settings. I had a similar situation texting my dad in the UK; we could text other numbers but not each other. Maybe check if both of you are on the same carrier network properly?
We both live in the same city in the States and use a major MVNO, so that seems odd. I've never had this issue with anyone else regardless of which carrier they’re on!
When I try to send her a message, it just buffers for a bit and then shows a red exclamation mark saying 'Not Delivered.' It started happening after I switched phone numbers in 2020.
