Hey everyone! I've been working with Global Secure Access (GSA) for private access to replace our VPN. Right now, our users only need access to one old program. I've set it up to allow access, but there's an FTP feature that should send an Excel report to the local computer, and it's just not working with GSA. I'm the only one testing this out currently. I've added the IP address of the application server and enabled all ports (0-65535) to make sure it's not a port issue. I've also included my PC name and all the ports, but I'm still having no luck. Has anyone faced this issue or have any suggestions?

The description of your issue is a bit vague. Could you provide more details on what steps you've taken? That way, we can figure out what might be going wrong with the FTP feature.
Have you checked whether the FTP session is active or passive? The server typically tries to connect back to the client in active FTP, which might be causing the issue here.
