I'm having a major issue with my PC. I can't open the settings at all, and when I press the Windows button, nothing happens. I've already tried everything you can think of, including a factory reset and reinstalling Windows, but nothing seems to work. I'm really stumped here, and I could use some help!

It sounds like you might be having trouble with your Start menu or Windows key. Have you tried accessing the indexing options? If you can open the Start menu, you could try to rebuild the index there. Also, a complete wipe and fresh Windows install might be your best bet if nothing else works. Factory resets can be a bit unreliable, to be honest.
I get that you're in a tough spot financially, but there are options to explore before you think about buying a new PC. Maybe try using a virtual keyboard to see if it’s a hardware issue with your keyboard.
You might want to start by checking what version of Windows you're using and on what kind of device. It's possible the Windows key might be disabled somehow. Can you give more details about your setup? It would help to figure out the next steps!
