Help! Adobe Pop-up Blocker Keeps Blocking My Twitch Access

I've been having a bizarre issue with something called the Adobe Pop-up Blocker that keeps showing up in my Windows Firewall. It's blocking my access to Twitch, and I can't get it to work until I disable or remove it from the firewall settings. This has been going on for weeks! Disabling or deleting this thing fixes the problem right away, but it keeps reappearing every time I restart my PC. It's driving me up the wall!

I've tried to hunt down the file linked to it through the firewall, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I've uninstalled all the Adobe software I could find, but this annoying thing refuses to stay gone. I've even tried deleting all Adobe services from the registry, but I'm hesitant to mess with anything too risky. I've run malware scans with Malwarebytes and Windows Defender, and they haven't found anything. So, does anyone have any ideas on how I can permanently get rid of this mystery program? Is it possibly malware?

Did you check where you downloaded your programs from? Sometimes bundled software comes with these unwanted extras. If you got it from a sketchy website, that could explain the pop-up blocker reappearing. Just be careful next time and stick to trusted sources!
