I recently upgraded the RAM in my ASUS ROG Strix G15 laptop. I replaced the stock RAM with two new HyperX 8GB DDR4-3200 CL20 modules, intending to have a total of 16GB. However, when I boot up my laptop, I'm met with a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) that states:
"The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.
File: windowssystem32winload.efi
Error code: 0xc0000098"
I'm not sure what to do to fix this. Any suggestions?

First off, make sure you can access Windows in Safe Mode. If you can, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any crash logs. These dump files are super helpful for diagnosing BSOD issues. Zip them up and share the link. If you only have one or none, still share what you got. You could also follow that guide to set your system to create Small Memory Dumps if you need additional files later.
Sorry for the late response! Here’s the link to the zip file with the dump files: [https://www.mediafire.com/file/vrq5j7kg02h8y39/Minidump.zip/file](https://www.mediafire.com/file/vrq5j7kg02h8y39/Minidump.zip/file)
Hey, did you manage to get the dump files? They’re crucial for figuring out what's going on. You can upload them to mediafire or catbox.moe if Reddit doesn't let you. Let us know once you have them!
