Help! BSODs with EAC Games on Intel Core Ultra 7 265K

I've been struggling with BSODs (Blue Screens of Death) while trying to run games that use Easy Anti-Cheat (like Apex Legends) on my Intel Core Ultra 7 265K. This happens with both Windows 10 versions 22H2 and 23H2. I'm looking for a way to fix this issue without upgrading to version 24H2, as I've heard it has many problems. I've already tried several CMD commands related to Hypervisor settings, but nothing has worked. Is there anyone out there who has successfully managed to run EAC games on their Core Ultra CPUs with the older versions of Windows?

I get you on not wanting to switch to 24H2, but it might be worth it if you want a smoother gaming experience. I know it has its problems, but the compatibility with newer hardware often solves many of these BSODs. Is it a specific game you’re trying to run? Sometimes certain settings per game can also cause issues.

Yeah, I’ve heard some games just really don’t play nice with older Windows versions. If you're dedicated to sticking with 22H2, just keep an eye on any upcoming patches or community fixes that might pop up.

It's frustrating to deal with BSODs, especially on a new CPU. Have you tried completely uninstalling and then reinstalling the games that use EAC? Sometimes that can reset some bugs. Also, make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. There might also be some specific settings in your BIOS that need to be adjusted for the Hypervisor. A few users mentioned tweaking those helped them.

I second that! I had a bunch of issues linked to my graphics drivers. Updating them made a big difference for me. Also, I had to disable some features in my BIOS that I wasn’t using.
