Help! Can’t Access BIOS and My CPU Is Overheating

I just built my new gaming PC with these specs: I5 14600k, RTX 4070, MSI Pro Z790-S motherboard, 16GB DDR5 RAM, and a 240mm Cooler Master AIO cooler. I'm running into two big issues. First, even with the 240mm AIO cooler, my CPU temperatures are hitting 100 degrees Celsius under full load. I thought maybe the AIO was faulty, so I replaced it, but the overheating problem persists. Second, today my PC won't restart normally; I have to hit the manual restart button on the cabinet, and I sometimes get no signal at all. Occasionally I can access BIOS, but not consistently. I'm really frustrated since I just set this up 10 days ago!

Make sure you're removing the plastic protector from your AIO before putting it on the CPU and that you're applying thermal paste correctly. With temps at 100+ degrees Celsius, you might be damaging your CPU or motherboard. It could also be a different issue related to the build.

I did remove the plastic protector, but nothing seems to work.
