I've recently taken out my RTX 4070 graphics card, and now I'm unable to boot Windows normally due to an error that keeps popping up. The strange thing is that everything works fine in safe mode. While I managed to remove the old drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and installed the latest ones, it hasn't resolved the issue. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 7600, RTX 4070, and 32GB of IRDM DDR5 RAM. I'd appreciate any suggestions to get my system back to normal mode!

Definitely check your BIOS settings. You might want to set the primary display to the iGPU as well. Once that’s set, reboot and see if you can get past the error.
Try uninstalling your graphics drivers completely while you're in safe mode. Go to Control Panel, then Programs and Features, and remove any graphics drivers you see listed, then reboot to see if it helps.
First off, can you get your GPU back in and check if that resolves the boot issue? If not, make sure you've enabled the integrated graphics (iGPU) in your BIOS. It sounds like you're trying to switch to that, right? That would be a good start.
