I'm really struggling to get my new PC online and it's driving me nuts! I've searched high and low on the internet and can't find a solution to fix this. I need internet access to move forward and I've tried so many things already. I attempted to install the WiFi driver using a USB stick, but it never shows up on my PC when I plug it in. I even tried an Ethernet cable, but that seems broken too, and I really don't want to spend money on a new one unless I have to. I also tried using my phone to create a hotspot for the driver download, but that's not working either. I downloaded the driver and it just disappears without any signs that it actually finished downloading. I'm at my wits' end and considering taking it to a repair shop, but that's more cash than I want to spend. I'm hoping someone here can help me out! By the way, I have a Gigabyte B650M GAMING PLUS WIFI Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard.

It sounds like you're doing a lot right! Just to clarify, after you transfer the driver to your PC, did you manage to run the installer as an administrator? And what happens when you try? They don't usually close right away, so keep an eye out for messages. Also, do you have a functional WiFi network at home? I know it sounds basic, but it’s always good to double-check your router settings.
A good place to start would be updating your BIOS. Sometimes the Realtek devices are disabled in the settings. You will need another computer to do this, though. It could help unlock your WiFi capabilities.
