I've been having a lot of issues with my Windows 10 laptop lately. It's been taking forever—sometimes 10-30 minutes— to process my password at the login screen, and various apps and games that used to work fine just won't run anymore. I decided to do a factory reset to try and fix these problems, but I keep getting this error message: "There was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." I really need some help getting past this!

You might want to try creating a bootable USB drive with the Windows installer. Just grab a USB stick that's at least 8GB, and follow the instructions on Microsoft's site for creating installation media. This can help you do a clean install of Windows, which usually solves these issues. If your laptop can run Windows 11, you could also consider that!
Oh, I see! I don't have a USB stick handy—can I use an external hard drive instead?
