I recently set up my new laptop, an HP Omen 16 ae0002Tx, and I'm running Windows 11. I logged into my Microsoft account and was asked to create a PIN, which I later removed. Now, when I try to log in, it asks for my Microsoft account password and won't let me in, even though it says I'm offline. I've tried reconnecting to Wi-Fi and using mobile USB data, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else faced this issue?

You could also try booting into Safe Mode. It sometimes helps in bypassing these login issues. To do this, restart your laptop and hold the Shift key while clicking Restart. This will bring up options where you can choose Safe Mode. Once in, see if you can access your account settings and maybe reset your password there.
It sounds like a frustrating situation! First, ensure your internet connection is stable. Sometimes, it can display as offline due to a temporary glitch. Try restarting your laptop and check your network settings. If that doesn't work, consider using the password recovery option on the Microsoft login page. If you still can't get in, you might want to check if there's a possibility of using a local account or resetting your password if necessary. Good luck!
