I suddenly got a message on my Windows 11 laptop saying, "We can't sign in to your account." It prompts me to sign out and back in, but that doesn't solve the problem. After I sign out and sign back in, all my personal settings like wallpapers, shortcuts, and taskbar configurations are missing and reset to default every time I restart. I'm using an MSI GF63 THIN. What could be wrong and how can I fix this?

It sounds like your user profile might be corrupted. A good solution is to create a new user profile. Log in as an administrator, then copy your important files from the corrupted profile (c:/users/old profile) to the new one (c:/users/new profile). Just be careful not to copy any registry settings.
Also, remember to back up your data before making any changes to your system settings or BIOS. You don’t want to lose anything important!
Have you tried resetting your Microsoft account password? That can sometimes help with sign-in issues. Just make sure you know which password you need to reset, depending on whether it's for your Microsoft account or a local account.
