I'm looking to upgrade my keyboard and specifically want one that has a non-detachable cord directly connected to it. I recently went to Microcenter, but they only had wireless options or USB-C to USB-A keyboards, which isn't what I need. I even tried ordering one online that was advertised as hardwired, but it turned out to be USB-C to USB-A as well. I'm feeling a bit stuck and could use some guidance on where to find a proper hardwired keyboard. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Did you check out the Logitech G413 SE? It's a hardwired keyboard with a USB-A connection. Maybe they were just in a different section when you looked? It could be worth taking another trip back to Microcenter.
Have you thought about why you'd want a keyboard that isn't detachable? From what I understand, a hardwired setup connects directly to your computer, which can lead to better stability, especially if your motherboard has a PS/2 port. It's nice that you have that preference for cable management too! That's definitely something to consider when you're shopping around.
Fair point! I guess I'm just used to having the cable permanently attached. Plus, I tend to accidentally detach detachable ones, especially since I like to move my keyboard around a lot. Having a stable connection helps keep things tidy.

I didn't see that one! I did ask an employee for help, but they only suggested a USB-C to USB-A option. I think I will definitely return to look in more detail tomorrow.
