I'm running into error code 0x800704cf every time I try to log into the Microsoft Store or the Xbox app. I suspect it might be because I have two identical accounts signed in on the same device. Can anyone provide some insight or help me fix this?

It actually sounds like you might be dealing with a network issue. I’ve seen similar errors pop up when there’s a connectivity problem. Check to make sure your internet is stable.
But I was connected and had 50 ping, so I doubt it's a network issue.
