I adjusted some BIOS settings on my PC, and now it's asking for the Bitlocker Recovery Key, which I unfortunately don't have. I tried logging into my Microsoft account to retrieve it, but I've accidentally blocked my account after too many failed password attempts. I've figured out the correct password now, but since the account is locked, I can't use it anymore. To change the password, I need a code sent to my phone, but even though the phone number is correct, it's claiming it can't send the code. I've waited a whole day, and it still says I've sent too many codes. It's so frustrating! Am I really going to have to wait another 30 days for Microsoft to sort this out? Is there any way around this?

Unfortunately, your best bet is to access your Microsoft account to get the Bitlocker key, which is your only option besides resetting your PC and deleting all your files. I get that mistakes happen, but try to keep your passwords and crucial info like that recovery key safe in the future! It might be worth looking into a password manager so you don’t face this again.
I understand that. I wasn't even aware Bitlocker was activated! I just mistyped my password and now I’m stuck. I really don’t need password management tips right now; I just need to unlock my account!
