Help! I Can’t Access My UEFI Settings

I'm having trouble getting into my UEFI settings. I've tried restarting and holding down the DEL or F2 keys, but nothing happens—I just see the splash screen and it skips over the UEFI. I've even tried the advanced startup options to access UEFI, but it seems to ignore those as well. The only way I've found to get in is by resetting the CMOS, which isn't ideal. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Here are my specs: 64GB DDR5 RAM, ROG STRIX X870E-E GAMING WIFI motherboard, AMD 9070xt graphics card, and an AMD Ryzen 7 9700X processor.

You could also try using Command Prompt in Windows to initiate UEFI. Just type in 'shutdown -r -fw -t 5' in the command prompt. It should restart your system and take you directly into UEFI without needing to press any keys.

Make sure you're not just holding the DEL key—try tapping it continually during the boot process instead. That sometimes works better to get into the UEFI settings.

I’ve already tried that approach without success.

When starting your PC, try holding down the Shift key and then hitting the reset option from the start menu. This should bring you to the troubleshoot menu where you can find the UEFI option. Once you're in, you might want to set a 5-second boot delay to make it easier to access in the future.

I actually mentioned that in my original post, but for some reason, the advanced startup UEFI options just don't work for me.
