Help! I Can’t Find or Remove These Suspicious Files After a Hack

Hey everyone! Recently, my accounts got hacked, and after running a scan, I discovered a bunch of files related to 'coinminer' and one that caught my eye is called 'LummaStealer.' The issue is that the files are labeled as BAT/LummaStealer, but I'm unable to locate them on my system. I can't seem to remove them either since they don't show up anywhere, not even when I use the command prompt. I've tried several scans but still need help. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

First things first, what kind of scan did you run? It can make a difference. If you haven't already, try posting a screenshot of the scan results. Also, any details about what happened during the hack might help us figure this out better! Just out of curiosity, did you check the files under a different user profile? Sometimes they can be hidden in other accounts.

I totally get it! It can be tricky to trace those files. By the way, make sure you're using an updated antivirus program. You mentioned McAfee and Malwarebytes, but sometimes it's worth trying a second opinion with a different tool like Avira or Bitdefender. They can catch things that others might miss!
