I've been using Linux Mint successfully for a while after installing it alongside Windows. However, I decided to remove Mint by cleaning its partition through Windows. Now, when I boot my PC, I get stuck in the grub terminal instead of booting directly into Windows. I also installed Kbuntu in another partition, but I still can't access it — I'm just dropped into the grub command line again. I need some help figuring out how to bypass this and boot into either Windows or Kbuntu. Thanks!

Hey there! Since you're having trouble, you might want to check out some installation tips available online. Just make sure you’re connected to an ethernet cable while installing, and always remove the boot media when you're done. If you're still stuck, feel free to ask for more help!
It sounds like you might need to change the startup priority in your BIOS/UEFI settings. It looks like it's still set to boot from the old Mint grub. If you move your Kbuntu partition to the top of the list, or Windows if you prefer, it should boot into the right OS and skip the grub terminal altogether.
No worries, this is a common issue! First off, don't panic — it can easily be fixed. Just in case, back up your important data on a USB or SSD. Sometimes new users hit the wrong button and it can lead to unexpected issues, so better safe than sorry.
Have you tried typing "normal" in the grub terminal? It might help get you back to the usual grub menu. Let me know what happens or if you see any error messages after trying that.
