I feel like I accidentally wiped Windows from my SSD while trying to clear it out, and now my computer is stuck in a boot loop, only showing the Boot menu. What steps can I take to reinstall Windows or fix the issue?

Sounds like you may have inadvertently wiped your SSD instead of just uninstalling Windows. You'll need to create a USB installer using the Microsoft website. Once you have that, plug it into your PC and you should be able to reinstall Windows from there.
Try using Microsoft's Windows Media Creation Tool on another computer to make an installation disk. Boot your affected PC with that disk and follow the prompts to install Windows. After that, make sure to check for drivers on your motherboard manufacturer's website too.
It might be helpful to make a bootable USB drive with Windows. Once you boot your PC with it, select the exact version of Windows you had before and proceed with the installation. You will likely need to delete any existing partitions to install fresh.
If the automatic repair isn't working, you may need to rebuild the boot. There are several guides online that can help with this process, just follow the steps carefully to avoid further issues.
To get everything working smoothly again, definitely use the Windows Media Creation Tool. Boot from the USB and select the option to delete the partitions on your SSD, then go ahead and install Windows into the unpartitioned space. Don't forget about reinstalling your drivers afterwards!
