Help Identifying This Connector for My Seismic Detector

Hey everyone! I'm an electronic security tech, and I'm dealing with a persistent issue regarding a customer's seismic detector, the Bosch ISN-SM-50. The sensor requires a special software called Senstool to filter out background noise so it doesn't trigger false alarms. However, I can't seem to figure out the connector needed to link the sensor to my laptop. The manuals hint at needing an RS232 serial connection but don't specify much detail. I've discovered that Vanderbilt, the manufacturer, provides the cable bundled with the software, but they don't ship to the US. Can anyone help me identify the connector type from the pictures provided, or suggest where I might find this cable in the US? I'd really appreciate any advice!

Hey! That connector looks a lot like a USB Mini 4b, but it may have a notch that makes it unique. You could try looking at images of that connector just to double-check!

Uploading a clearer pic here might get you more ideas; people dislike clicking links. Just a thought!

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll get a better picture and post it.

Have you considered a USB-MINI8M? It seems close with the pins and notch, might be worth exploring too!
