Hi everyone! I'm having a major issue with accessing the M365 Admin Portal, and I'm looking for some advice. My small company (15+ users) has been buying M365 licenses through credit card payments. Recently, our credit card payment didn't process as it usually does, leaving all users locked out of M365, including myself as the Global Admin. Normally, I could log in to update payment details and restore access, but now I'm unable to log in at all. When I try the admin email, it says the username is incorrect, and another admin is facing the same problem. I've attempted to call Microsoft support, but it's just automated responses, and I can't get through to a real person. Any suggestions on what steps I should take next? Thanks a lot!

Usually, expiring licenses shouldn’t affect user access like this. The loss of access is probably not related to billing problems. Have you checked your conditional access policies? That could provide some insights on what's happening with the logins.
It's unlikely that billing issues are preventing you from logging into M365. It’s possible your Global Admin account may have been compromised, leading to password resets for everyone. Keep in mind that while lack of payment can suspend subscriptions, it shouldn't block logins altogether.
Great idea! Especially if there are specific policies restrictively set that could affect the admin accounts.
