I've got a prebuilt Omen 30L with a Ryzen 7 5700G, 16GB RAM, and a 3070 Ti, but I'm experiencing low FPS in multiple games. For Fortnite in performance mode, I'm getting below 120 FPS on all low settings. In Cyberpunk, it drops to about 40-60 FPS on high settings, and it stutters significantly. Valorant sits under 160 FPS, and in Expedition 33, I can't break 40 FPS even with settings lowered and monitor resolution adjusted. I'm playing at 1440p and have my monitor connected to my GPU. Overclocking my CPU doesn't seem to help much either. I'm starting to think it might be my 600W power supply that's causing the issue, but I'm not completely sure.

Have you checked your temperatures during gameplay? Also, knowing your CPU and GPU usage while gaming is important. The 5700G has lower cache memory, which can hinder performance a bit. It's strange they went with this CPU in a prebuilt with such a good GPU; you might expect something better like the 5600X instead. But it shouldn’t be too much of a bottleneck. Let’s look at your usage stats for a clearer picture!
Usually, it's not the power supply unless you're experiencing crashes or shutdowns. Given that your GPU is running at high usage, it's possible your CPU could be the bottleneck, since the 5700G isn't top tier. Make sure to monitor GPU usage and temperatures closely. HP's prebuilts can sometimes have quirks, so it might be worth checking other possible issues too.

I used to have crashes, but since tweaking fan speeds with MSI Afterburner, those have stopped. So I think overheating might be the issue.
