I'm in the early stages of planning to build a new PC that's geared towards FPS gaming and AAA story games, plus some streaming of shows. I'm aiming for a top-tier build with a budget of around $4,500. I've put together a rough parts list that includes a unique white-themed case, but I'm open to suggestions. My last build, which I created back in 2017/18, served me well with no major issues, and I want this next one to be just as strong. I'm also wondering about how much RAM I really need and the type of power supply I should go for since I want to make sure everything is high quality. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

In my opinion, I'd choose the TUF 5080 instead of the ASTRAL. It's $500 cheaper, and you could use those savings towards getting 64GB of RAM or a better quality power supply. Just remember, a solid PSU is crucial since a bad one can take down other components if it fails.
I noticed your PCPartPicker link seems off. Make sure you've got it right, so people can see your parts. If you adjust it, consider keeping your list clear and maybe switching to a more budget-friendly component where possible, like with the RAM or power supply. Just a thought!
That sounds like an awesome build! Just a heads-up, if you're going for a $4.5K PC, I would recommend at least 64GB of RAM. It'll future-proof your setup a bit more and help with multitasking, especially if you're gaming and browsing simultaneously.
