Help Me Build My First Gaming PC!

Hey everyone! I need some help building and setting up my first gaming PC. My old PC just can't handle things anymore, and sadly, the CPU broke (it was an i5 from the first generation and had a GTX 1050). Now that I have my first job, I want to treat myself to a new setup. Here's what I'm planning to use: a B450M-A Pro Max motherboard, an R5 5600 CPU, and my old GPU for now (but I'm thinking about upgrading to a 3050 or 3060 soon). Do you think all of these parts will fit together? Also, I could really use suggestions for storage, power supply, RAM, and any other components I might need. Thanks in advance for your help, and sorry if my English isn't perfect!

Your build looks good so far! For storage, any reliable NVMe SSD should work well. They'll give you great performance without any major issues.

Would a SATA SSD work temporarily? I plan to use my old SSD until I can upgrade.

For the power supply, I would recommend going for a 500W to 650W unit. And I suggest getting 32GB of RAM since modern games and applications tend to use a lot of memory these days.
