Hey everyone! I'm really excited about building my first PC but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed since I'm a total newbie. I want to be able to play games like Elden Ring, Apex Legends, and CS2 smoothly in high quality on my 1080p 165Hz Samsung Odyssey 3 monitor. My budget is capped at 1200 euros, ideally around 1000 euros for the build. I'm looking for recommendations on parts to ensure everything fits my gaming goals and that I'm spending my money wisely. Any tips on balancing my build or suggestions for components that would work well together would be super helpful. I appreciate any guidance! Here's the build I've found: [Link to PC Part Picker](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6gNvcx), though I did enter the CPU price manually since I found it on AliExpress. Thanks a lot for your help!

You might be able to save some cash on the RAM and SSD. This could free up a bit to upgrade your graphics card to a better factory overclocked model or possibly a 7800xt if you catch a good deal. For RAM, look into a Patriot Viper kit—it’s cheaper and will still give you 32GB at 6000MHz with tighter timings. As for the SSD, consider opting for a gen 4 1TB drive from TeamGroup, Kingston, or Patriot instead of the Samsung Pro. It'll be great for gaming and could save you around 30 bucks!

For 1080p gaming, especially with competitive shooters like CS2, it's wise to prioritize your CPU over the GPU. Consider going for the 7600X3D or even the 7800X3D if you can manage it. A stronger CPU will give you a better upgrade path in the future since you'll only need to swap the GPU later on. In general, if you're into gaming that's more demanding on graphics, prioritize your GPU, but for competitive play at 1080p, the CPU is key!

Your build looks solid for 1080p! The 7700xt should handle your gaming just fine without any hiccups.
