I'm new to PC building and I'm currently using a slow Vivobook 15 that can't run the games I want to play. I'm looking for suggestions on a solid PC build that would cost around $500 to $600. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

It really depends on what you consider "good". Are you aiming for 1440p at 60fps on the latest games, or would you be happy with 1080p at high settings for esports and older AAA titles? For your budget, hitting 1080p with decent settings is totally achievable!
I'm kind of hoping to find a balance between good visuals and speed.
