I'm looking to buy an RTX 5090 for some serious 3D rendering and animation work, especially with programs like Cinema 4D and Houdini, along with some gaming on the side. Right now, I'm really interested in the ASUS ROG Strix Astral 5090, but I'm also considering the ASUS TUF 5090, MSI Suprim 5090, and Gigabyte Aorus Master 5090. Any recommendations?

Just go for the cheapest option—it's a solid strategy!
Honestly, just go with the one you feel is the most appealing! Each one has its perks, but it mostly depends on your preference.
I’m with you on the Astral, but honestly, if the savings are significant, I’d say just buy the cheapest one that fits your needs.
The ASUS Astral is great because it lets you monitor all 6 pins and their amp draw through Armory Crate or HWInfo. This means you can catch any potential issues like cable melting early on. So if you’re up for it, I’d say go for the Astral, but if budget's your main concern, just grab the one that’s the cheapest.
Thanks a lot for the insight!
But wouldn’t you get tired of looking at those monitoring tools all the time?
Thank you for your input!
