Help Me Finalize My PC Parts List for Productivity and Gaming

Hey everyone! I'm in the UK and building my first PC focused on productivity rather than gaming. While I do enjoy gaming, my main concerns are productivity tasks like 3D modeling and programming, as I often have multiple applications running. I want a setup that handles FHD 240fps for competitive games and around 60fps for more demanding ones. I've created a parts list that I'd like to optimize to be under £1500, without compromising on power for the future. Here's my current list: [My PC Part Picker List](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/84mvxg). I'd really appreciate any advice or suggestions to refine it. Thanks a lot!

You could go for a 7950X with a 5070Ti for your build. It fits your budget and should provide you with excellent performance for both work and play. Check this out: [New Parts List](https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/dKJDHW).

Can you explain why this combo is better than my current choices? Also, what would you suggest I downgrade to stay within my budget?

If gaming isn't your top priority, consider swapping your CPU for the Ryzen 9700X. It's a solid choice for productivity and should handle your gaming needs quite well too!

That does seem sensible based on benchmarks. Do you think I should look at an alternative GPU to avoid potential bottlenecks, or is the 9700X enough for the 9070XT?
