Help Me Find a Dual Fan GTX 1650 Without Needing a 6-Pin Connector

I'm upgrading an old PC and looking for a dual fan GTX 1650 that doesn't require a 6-pin connector. I want better cooling and performance without the noise. I'm fine with a GDDR5 model since I can't deal with the 6-pin issue. I've searched on Mercari and eBay for dual fan options, but they all require a 6-pin—it's really frustrating! The non-6-pin ones are priced over $150, which is way out of my budget. I want to keep it under $95 if possible. I'm just a 14-year-old trying to play some modded games. Also, please no suggestions about SATA to 6-pin; my old Dell OEM PSU is not reliable and doesn't have good airflow—I don't want to risk blowing my neighborhood's power!

Have you thought about getting a new, cheaper power supply instead? You could snag a low-end 500 watt PSU for around $50 and then pick up something like an RX 580 or GTX 1070 for the same price. The thing is, low-profile cards are tough to find and usually cost more than the more common ones. If you absolutely need a low-profile card, the RTX 3050 6GB might be your best bet since it's about the same price as those low-profile 1650s you’re looking for.

I've thought about that, but I'm worried about the size and compatibility with the motherboard. I've never installed a PSU myself; I only know how to put in RAM, a GPU, and an SSD.
