I just had a frustrating issue with Adobe after coming back from lunch. For some reason, the app was acting weird and I noticed that my TicTie add-ons were missing. Then it showed a message saying my "license not active". I tried to restart it a couple of times, and finally, it started working again. However, my recent files still aren't showing up, and I'm in a bit of a bind here. Any quick fixes or advice?

Looks like there might have been a mix-up! Hopefully, it’s just a simple mistake. If you accidentally clicked on the wrong help link instead of the right one, no worries. Just make sure to keep an eye on the right support options next time!
It sounds like a classic case of the Adobe license needing a little wake-up call! Try closing Adobe completely, then delete the files in %AppData%AdobeSLStore. After that, restart the app and see if your license activates again and your recent files come back too. This usually does the trick!
Not to be a party pooper, but I'm curious how this is related to sysadmin stuff? This seems more like a software usage question.
If it’s not the right forum, I can just delete the post. Just trying to get help!

Haha, yeah! I just wanted to double-check all the details were covered!
