I'm really frustrated with my Alienware M18 R2 after getting it back from a motherboard replacement. Since the repair, my computer has been a nightmare—freezing, crashing, BSODs, and constant errors when trying to install or run games like Fallout 4. I've reinstalled Windows 11 five times using various methods, but nothing has worked. I even tried downloading DirectX to fix some missing files, only to hit critical installation errors. I'm currently left with a top-tier gaming machine that can barely handle browsing the internet. I've included the specs and the BSOD messages I've encountered. I'm desperate for help!

You should definitely get the dump files for the BSOD errors! They hold crucial information for figuring out what's going wrong. If you can boot into Windows or Safe Mode, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for crash logs. Analyzing those might give someone insights to help you troubleshoot further.
Sounds like a tough situation. Since you’ve reinstalled Windows so many times, it might be time to start checking the hardware. A failing SSD could really cause issues like this. If your diagnostics are all clear, maybe try reseating the RAM and swap out the SSD if you can.
Did they replace the RAM as well when you sent it in for the motherboard repair? If not, that might be an issue. Also, have you checked the hard drive on another machine to see if it’s still good? Sometimes data can get corrupted after a spill!
I only know they replaced the motherboard, but didn't specify about the RAM. I don't have another machine to test the drive unfortunately.
