I've been locked out of my Apple ID after being prompted for my password on all my devices, including my Macbook Air and two iPhones. Following this, I found out that both my Apple ID and phone number are deactivated, which is concerning since I've had the same Apple ID for over 15 years! It's tied to everything in my digital life—iCloud, the App Store, my Apple Credit Card, you name it. I reached out to Apple Support, and they suggested I try to regain access via the site: iforgot.apple.com/unlock. However, I keep receiving an email saying that my request has been denied. The support rep told me they haven't seen such a quick denial before and that I might never get my account back. Does anyone have advice on how I can get this resolved or who I could contact for help?

Definitely call and ask to escalate your case. Even if it seems like a long shot, it’s worth a go. Just curious, did anything happen recently that might have triggered the deactivation? For instance, did you dispute a charge, or maybe use your Apple Card in a way that could raise red flags? Understanding why might help you figure out the best path forward.
I noticed your phone number is also blocked. Are you sure you haven't been messaging people randomly? That can sometimes get flagged. Another route could be to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Keep in mind they don't have any actual power, but if you're polite and factual in your complaint, it might catch someone's attention at Apple.
You might want to try calling Apple Support again and ask for them to escalate the issue. Sometimes, talking to a higher-level rep can make a difference. It can be frustrating, but persistence might pay off! Good luck!
I assure you, I haven't done anything wrong. After their initial response, they unblocked my phone number, but my Apple ID is still locked.
