I've got a bit of a nightmare situation here. I left my iPhone in an Uber on Sunday and realized it a few hours later. I contacted the driver, but he says he can't find it — I'm pretty sure it's still in there, though! I tried using Find My iPhone, but I locked myself out of my Apple account trying to log in because my password's been out of date. Now I can't get in and my account's locked. To reset my password, I need a verification code, but my only option is to receive it on my phone, which I obviously don't have, and the email linked to my Apple account has been deactivated after graduation. I regret not updating my email sooner. So now I'm panicking that I'll never get back into my account or find my phone. Will my account stay locked forever if I do nothing? Is there any way I can use Find My iPhone without logging in, maybe through my Mac? Can the Apple Store help? Uber support hasn't been responsive either!

It's possible that your Uber driver had other passengers who could have taken your phone. If someone powers it on and connects to the internet, it should update its location on Find My iPhone. So keep that in mind as you look for it!
Exactly! That’s why I’m anxious to get into Find My iPhone. If it’s turned on, it should show up, right?
