Help! My ASUS ROG STRIX X870-I is Missing Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Modules

I'm really at my wit's end with a new build and need some advice. I have an ASUS ROG STRIX X870-I GAMING WIFI Mini-ITX motherboard equipped with a MediaTek Wi-Fi 7 MT7927 chip. For some reason, my Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules keep disappearing from the system. The Device Manager shows a "Code 45" indicating that the devices are not connected, and they are either greyed out or completely missing. This has happened even when I tried booting with a Live USB of Ubuntu!

To troubleshoot, I've done quite a bit:
1. Installed the latest MediaTek drivers as Admin.
2. Performed a power flush by unplugging the PSU and holding the power button.
3. Disabled "Fast Startup" in Windows.
4. Updated the BIOS to the latest version (1402 with AGESA 1.2.7.0).
5. Reset the CMOS via the Clear CMOS button.
6. Set the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Controller in BIOS to Enabled.

Since it fails to be detected in Ubuntu too, I'm starting to think this is a hardware or power delivery issue. I previously had something similar on my old PC, making me wonder if it's related to the environment (like static, PSU issues, or possibly my PCIe riser cable). Is this a common problem with the X870 boards or the MediaTek chip? Should I consider returning the board, or is there anything else I can try?

Have you checked if the ASUS DriverHub app identifies any incorrect or missing drivers for your board? Sometimes, it can provide insights on drivers that need updating or installation. It’s worth a shot!

Thanks for the idea! I actually haven't used DriverHub, but I manually installed all the drivers from the ASUS support site for the X870-I, even the AMD chipset drivers from AMD's site. The strangest part is that everything was working fine yesterday, but now the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth just vanished again. Given that they’re not even showing up in Ubuntu, I’m leaning towards this being a BIOS or hardware issue rather than a driver problem.
