I've been running a tunnel between my firewall and Azure for a while without any issues, but today it unexpectedly went down. The configurations on both sides are the same, and I can still ping the public IP on Azure. I've checked the firewall logs and haven't noticed anything out of the ordinary. Does anyone have suggestions on what else I could investigate?

We have a similar issue going on. Just so you know, we opened a ticket for the GovCloud Arizona region, as many of our SDWAN sites are down. Microsoft support confirmed they’re experiencing problems and have escalated it.
I saw the same issue today where one of my site-to-site connections went down. I'm using a Palo 11.1 device. So far, I haven't found a fix either but mine just came back up on its own, which is pretty strange!
First, check the status of your VPN connection. Make sure it shows 'connected'. You should also look at the error and event logs; they can give you clues as to what might be wrong.
