Help! My Computer Won’t Boot After Reassembling

I took out my RAM and GPU for some troubleshooting yesterday, but now that I've reinstalled everything, my screen remains blank, and none of my USB ports seem to be functioning. I've double-checked that the RAM and GPU are correctly seated. I even tried removing the CMOS battery for a couple of minutes, but that didn't help. My motherboard is an MSI X99A TOMAHAWK. Does anyone have suggestions?

Have you tried using the jumper method to clear the CMOS? I had a similar situation where nothing worked until I did it multiple times. It's worth a shot!

Are you saying I should keep switching it back and forth? That sounds a bit tedious.
