Hey everyone! I'm in a real bind here. For some strange reason, all my emails across multiple accounts (including Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail) have somehow ended up in the trash. I've spent years organizing these emails into different folders, and now they're all just tossed together in the trash folder. My organized folders are either missing or completely empty! I really need to recover all my emails and get them back where they belong since there's just too many to sort through manually. Plus, my important emails are all mixed in with spam! Does anyone know how I can get my folders and emails back?

Have you checked to see if your accounts might have been hacked? It’s possible someone could have messed with your email settings and sent everything to the trash to hide their activity.
I did fill out the Google form for recovering emails that were deleted due to unauthorized access, but they told me it wasn't applicable in my case.
