Hey everyone! I recently got the SumUp POS Tablet for my business and to complement it, I purchased an Eyoyo EY-2200 barcode scanner. The scanner works fine when I connect it to my PC, as it successfully inputs the barcode data into a text document. However, I'm running into issues with the SumUp POS Tablet. The scanner powers on, and I can hear it beep, but it doesn't seem to input any data into the system. I've tried going through the instructions in the User Manual, but no luck so far. I'm feeling stuck and would really appreciate any advice or solutions if anyone else has dealt with something similar. Thanks in advance for the help!

Your best bet would be to contact SumUp support. They might have specific settings for your scanner. Many times, you need to configure the scanner to send an enter or return wedge, which is a common setup. You can check their compatibility list here: [SumUp Support Link]. Just note that they might not have detailed guidance for scanners not on their list.
Have you thought about reaching out to the vendor for support? It might be worth it to get their input on the issue.
I did try that, but it's been three days and I still haven’t heard back, so I started looking for solutions elsewhere.
I checked that list too, and reached out to both Eyoyo and SumUp POS, but still no responses. They claim it works with any HID scanner, but I'm having this issue. I think I’ll try emailing them one more time.
